Queen of Malinalco is a rare and unique Mexican heirloom! Prolific plants produce elongated, shiny, vibrant yellow tomatillos. When fully ripe they have a tart, extremely sweet, and fruity flavor profile, almost like a ground cherry. These tomatillos are versatile and can compliment sweet, savory, and spicy dishes and sauces. These are our personal favorites and one of the best tomatillo varieties hands down!
