Southern Giant Curled is a terrific heirloom mustard green variety! This is a compact, vigorous, early producing cultivar that reaches about 2 feet tall with large, green, frilled leaves. They are cold tolerant and have a wonderful flavor when harvested in cool conditions, but are also slow to bolt when it’s warm. Mustard greens are packed with nutritional value and are great harvested as microgreens, baby greens, or at 45 days as mature greens.
