Salad Burnet is an rare and unique edible herb! This is one of our favorite under the radar salad greens/microgreens. This perennial is prolific, nutritious, extremely cold hearty, thriving when the weather gets cold. The taste is mild, slightly sweet, and usually described as cucumber-like. Even though this isn’t a common herb, it definitely deserves to be!
