Round Purple Eggplant is a beautiful, early maturing, heirloom eggplant variety! Vigorous plants produce tons of round, purple fruit that can get up to 2 inches in diameter. These are extremely popular in Indian, Vietnamese, Thai and most of Southeast Asian cuisine. We personally love them in stir-fries. Once the weather gets warm these little treats become abundant!
