Rosette Tatsoi is a rare and beautiful tatsoi variety! It is early maturing, easy to grow, and extremely cold tolerant. In colder weather it stays more compact and grows close to the ground in rosettes, but grows more vertically in warmer weather. Tatsoi is one of our personal favorite greens and is great fresh in salads or cooked, steamed, or sauteed!
