Ping Tung (Long Ping Tung) is a delicious and durable variety! Prolific plants produce long, slender, purple fruit early and often. They are heat tolerant and have great disease resistance and did better in the peak of summer here in the southeast than most. They are tasty, and perfect in stir fries! Our kids loved this variety!
