Numex Twilght is a beautiful and brilliantly colored hot pepper variety that was developed by New Mexico State University! It’s a relative of the Thai Chile, so it’s an extremely productive and compact plant that produces upright peppers. These peppers are often grown for their ornamental value and transition from purple, to yellow, to orange, and then finally red. They aren’t the tastiest peppers in the world, but are good for sauces, pickling, or just adding a kick to any dish! They are also great to grow in containers because of their size!
