Long Red Thin Cayenne is a super spicy heirloom variety! Compact plants produce long, thin, crinkled peppers that turn red when ripe and measure between 30,000-50,000 Scoville units. This is a popular variety for cooking, drying and making crushed red pepper, and using medicinally.
