Lemon Drop (aka Aji Lemon Drop) is a rare and unique variety that originated in Peru and is one of our personal favorite peppers! It’s a medium heat pepper, usually ranging between 15,000-30,000 Scoville units (though it occasionally hits 50,000 units). Don’t underestimate them though, because they actually have decent kick to them. Strong and stocky plants produce tons of 2-3 inch, thin, yellow peppers that have a perfect balance of sweet and heat with strong citrus notes. These are great in almost anything!
