Late Flat Dutch is a wonderful heirloom cabbage variety that that was first recorded in Amsterdam in the 1840’s and became a staple when German immigrants brought it to the United States in the 1920’s! This late season cultivar produces huge, oval, slightly flattened heads that can be up to a foot across and weigh up to 15 pounds if grown in ideal conditions!
