Garden Bird is an extremely spicy, small Thai pepper! Productive plants produce almost countless amounts of thin, 1-inch peppers that can be picked green or red! These are perfect for sauces, frying, pickling and are great in all cuisines! They grow fantastically in warmer locations and really take off when the weather heats up!
****Hot peppers can be tricky to germinate and grow at home even under ideal conditions. Germination usually takes 1-3 weeks, but can take as long as a month. Maintaining high soil temperatures is extremely important and we strongly recommend using a heating mat.
