Early Fall Rapini is an Italian heirloom vegetable that is unique and despite it’s name, isn’t actually broccoli! It produces tons of leafy, flowery, broccoli raab shoots that have a mustard like, zesty flavor that make it extremely versatile. It is commonly used in traditional Italian and Mediterranean cuisines, but is also great for salads and stir-fries. This variety thrives in cooler conditions!
