They get up to 1.5 inches in diameter without getting a grainy texture and have exceptional cold tolerance making them great for early spring or fall planting. Radishes are an excellent source of fiber, vitamin c, and antioxidants. If you plant them in succession you can have radishes continuously throughout the year!
