Calypso Beans (aka Orca Beans or Yin Yang Beans) are not only one of the prettiest beans but one of the best for baking, casseroles, and soups! These plants grow to between 12-18 inches and produce tons of beans. They can be harvested earlier as green beans or later for dried beans. They are absolutely delicious and great for long term storage!
