Once seeds leave our warehouse we are not able to resell them. Because of this, we do not accept returns. We value you as a customer, so if you are having any issues please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve the problem on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, please allow seven to ten business days from the time we receive the return to see the refund posted in your account. Please do not ship items back without prior authorization as they will not be eligible for refunds.
Due to the new Supreme Court ruling (South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., Overstock.Com, Inc., and Newegg, Inc.) we are required by law to collect and remit sales tax in all states that require it. For our customers who are eligible for tax exemption, we will need your current certificate or resellers permit sent into us before we can place your tax exempt order. A state business license number or a federal EIN/TIN is required with this paperwork so please be sure to include this information when sending in your paperwork.
