Caribe Tomato was bred to withstand hot and humid conditions making it a good one to grow in the south. Compact plants generally topping out at 4 feet (5 in perfect conditions) making it a good one for containers. Fruit range between 5-10 ounces and are rich, sweet, and smooth. This is a good tomato for market growers.

Planting Instructions – Start seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost date. Do not Plant out until 2 weeks after last frost. Tomato seeds require high soil temperatures for good germination rates. We highly recommend heat mats to ensure and speed up germination. Pot up to 3–4 inch pots when first true leaves develop (not cotyledon leaves). Harden off plants for 1-2 weeks in full sun before transplanting them outside (after last frost). Make sure to give tomato plants a lot of space for vigorous root and foliage growth.
