Dazzling Blue is a beautiful and unique lacinato type of kale! It’s fast growing, tasty, super nutritious, and beautiful with purple/blue coloration in the leaves and spines of the leaves! It is more cold hearty than regular lacinato and can be harvested as microgreens, baby greens, or mature greens. We like eating kale fresh, using it in salads, on sandwiches, cooking, and juicing it! This is a really good variety and one of our new favorites!
