Egyptian Spinach (aka Molokhia) is extremely popular in the Middle East and Northern Africa and is one of our new personal favorite greens! These plants are super fast growing, drought and heat tolerant, and packed with nutrients! They not only tolerated, but thrived in 90 degree weather and had fantastic pest resistance. These plants can grow up to 6 feet tall and the leaves can be continuously harvested and are delicious cooked or raw. We love them in stir-fries, omelets, and soups!
