Description
Dutch Corn Salad (aka Mache/Lambs Lettuce) has been cultivated since at least the 17th century in England and France, but become popular in the U.S. in the 1970’s where it was grown in the Salinas Valley in California. It is a very cold-tolerant plant that is one of the most delicious and tender salad greens. If you love salads this is a perfect addition to your garden!
